"Acetaldehyde diethyl acetal is used in alcoholic beverages, Citrus Fruits, Dairy Products and Tropical Fruits It has a nutty flavour which is particularly useful for replacing Acetaldehyde in citrus flavours. Used in fruit and berry flavours. It is also used in coffee flavours and alcoholic beverages."
