Both schools are situated near Mahalingpur, in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka, the hard work put in by the teachers and management of Somaiya Shishu Niketan Primary and Somaiya Vinayamandir High School, Sameerwadi is the best seen in the achievement of the students.

The Primary School was established in 1973-74 and High School was established in 1984-85 under the Somaiya Vidyavihar Trust Mumbai. It provides quality and affordable education to the children of the employees of Godavari Biorefineries as well for the children of daily wage labours, farmers, merchants, traders from the surrounding villages etc.

The sprawling campus Primary and High School, spread over of 2 acres is a esthetically and imaginatively designed to meet the academic, sports and cultural requirements of the students and staff. Particular attention has been paid to blending buildings with evergreen and pictures surroundings.

Continuing with the philosophy of holistic education of Somaiya Vidyavihar Trust Mumbai, the school has a strong focus on Arts, sports and experiential learning. It encourages students to participate in various extracurricular activities including Arts and sports.

  • Somaiya Shishu Niketan Primary and Somaiya Vinaya Mandir High School girls’ teams secured first place in Shuttle-Badminton in district level. Boys Handball team of both school secured second position in Taluka level competition.

Acetic acid is a colorless liquid with a distinctive sour taste and pungent smell widely used as a raw material in the production of industrial chemicals & solvents. It is also used in Food, pharmaceutical, textile, and cosmetics industry. Our product is FSSAI & HALAL certified.

Packing: Jerry can, HDPE Drums, IBC, ISO tank, Tanker Load.

Acetic Acid Biobased has been certified by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the BioPreferred program for 100% Biobased Carbon content.

Applications

  • In the Food Industry, It is a food additive often used as an acidity regulator, preservative and as a flavor enhancer in food such as in seasonings, vinegar, pickles, sauces, mayonnaise, etc. to provide a fresh taste and to help blend other flavors
  • Acetic acid is widely used for the manufacturing of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) & Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) which in turn are used to make derivatives of Plastic, adhesives & textile industry
  • Acetic Acid is utilized in textile industries for textile processing and printing
  • In the Pharmaceutical Industry as the acidifying agent & as an eardrop to treat outer ear bacterial or fungal infections
  • In Health & Personal care products, it can be used in the formulation of hair care products, mouthwashes, and breath fresheners. Vinegar can be found in skin care products. Acetic Acid is used to control the pH of cosmetics and personal care products
