Applications
Biobased Butanol is employed as a solvent in cosmetics. It is used in nail care formulations and has been used as a clarifying agent in the manufacture of clear shampoos. Biobased Butanol also finds application in bath soaps and detergents, eye makeup, foundations, lipstick, underarm deodorants, and aftershave lotion.
